Your area of responsibility

• Transformation of high-level product ideas into hardware concepts - together with product owners, software and mechanical design engineers
• Conception of complete devices in tight collaboration with product owners, software and mechanical design engineers
• Development and simulation of circuit and PCB design as essential core of the devices using EDA tools
• Initial operation and verification of circuitry - with documentation of performance results
• Integration of the device in close collaboration with the software team
• Creation of test plans for PCBA and device manufacturing
• Provision of full documentation set for PCBA manufacturing (Gerber, etc.)
• Maintenance for devices in the field (discontinued parts, etc.)

It would be great if you have

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field
• University degree in electronic/electrical engineering or similar education (technician, dual education, etc.)
• Significant professional experience with Altium designer or another EDA tool
• Basic knowledge of digital circuit design/principles
• Experience with the design of analog circuits
• Familiarity with populating a PCB and using lab equipment
• Empathy towards your colleagues with a collaborative mindset
• Ability to work with little oversight and independent decision-making
• Fluency in spoken and written English

It would be even better if you have

• Familiarity with the concepts of EMC and EMI
• Experience with HDI PCB Design
• Experience with cellular basebands and smartphone SoCs
• Experience with SI/PI Simulation or willingness to learn
• Experience with Keysight ADS
