• Proactive maintenance and monitoring of Zertificon environments to ensure their availability and full functionality
• Maintenance of production and R&D hardware, support for releases and troubleshooting in pipelines
• Responsibility and management of our R&D smart self-service solutions

• Management of design, implementation, and maintenance of automated IT infrastructures (on-premise & cloud)
• Identify and solve internal customer needs with infrastructure, tools and self-service
• Developing and extending CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform

• Management of monitoring solutions (Prometheus, Grafana) and planning of strategic alerts
• Maintenance of environments: hardware testing, installation, patches, operating systems, certificates, firmware

• Management, troubleshooting, and automation of container clusters (Kubernetes, Docker Swarm, hypervisors)
• Collaboration with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)

• Lead a team of 4-6 people in SaaS development, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Review of scripts, playbooks, manifests and pull requests to ensure code quality
• Communicating updates, progress, and challenges to stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery

• Experience with container technologies (images, registries, Docker Swarm)
• Solid understanding of Ansible for configuration management
• Proven experience in configuring and managing Kubernetes clusters
• Solid understanding of Docker, CI/CD pipelines and Git
• Extensive experience in using Terraform
• Data center expertise with firewalls, switches, routers, cabling and servers
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and M365 products
• Excellent English skills and effective communication skills
• Leadership and mentoring skills, ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Knowledge of databases (backup, restore, troubleshooting, migration) and InfoSec (TCP/IP, certificates)
