Our Client

is one of the largest real estate companies in Germany and, as a public-law entity, manages commercial and residential properties throughout the country. Our client’s ongoing and sustainable success is due in no small part to the qualifications and professional dedication of its employees. To support the team in Berlin, we are seeking you to join us as soon as possible in the role of Facility Manager (m/f/d) for Public Real Estate Management.

Your Tasks

You are responsible for monitoring and ensuring cleanliness, traffic safety, and order at the various properties
In doing so, you coordinate maintenance measures and handle communication and coordination with external service providers and contractors
As part of property management, you will submit current meter readings, coordinate key handovers, and assist with pre-inspections and property viewings
Finally, you will serve as the point of contact for tenants during tenant consultation hours and for general service requests

Our Requirements

You have successfully completed vocational training in a trade and/or technical field
You already have professional experience in facility management and possess practical and technical knowledge in building management
We require proficiency in standard MS Office applications
You are distinguished by strong organizational skills, a confident demeanor, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities
