We are on the lookout for a Finance Manager to join the International Finance team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

The International Finance Department is a dynamic and collaborative team dedicated to supporting Regional and International Business teams with timely, accurate, and insightful financial reporting and analysis. We play a crucial role in orchestrating monthly performance reviews, annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term business plans, offering valuable insights into actual performance versus planning. Beyond our analytical prowess, we are champions of strategic growth, driving innovative improvements in data models and business intelligence, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and development within their team.

• Serve as business partner to the Regional finance teams as well as International Business teams by supporting them with timely, accurate and insightful financial reporting.

• Co-coordinate the preparation of monthly performance reviews, annual budgets, forecasts and long term business plans, and provide insights towards actual performance versus planning.

• Review and assess funding requirements for the entities within your scope.

• Support and continuously improve the preparation of the monthly close under IFRS and Management Reporting.

• Be prepared to discuss and present the financial forecast and analytics to an audience of senior leaders.

• Help drive strategic planning with Regional leaders to support business growth, profitability and Free Cash Flows.

• Provide thought leadership behind improving and automating existing data models and business intelligence efforts supporting growth.

• Be the subject matter expert for your respective business line, segment and related performance analytics; understand and analyze related trends (P&L, balance-sheet, Free-Cash-flow as well as non-financial KPIs).

• Coach, manage and help develop your direct reports.

• Collaborate with International Finance colleagues to drive best practices and efficiency improvements.

• Execute ad-hoc finance initiatives as & when required.

• 8+ years of relevant finance experience with increasing levels of responsibility, preferably in an e-commerce environment.

• Demonstrated excellence in financial analysis and financial model building. Hands-on with ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads.

• Master’s degree in finance, mathematics, accounting, or any other related field.

• Proven ability to manage a team, build relationships and communicate with peers, subordinates, executive management and other critical stakeholders.

• Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills.

• P&L and Balance Sheet management and/or analysis experience.

• The ability to self-motivate in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment with competing deadlines.

• Comfort with ambiguity and a willingness to work with a high degree of autonomy.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• MBA or professional designation (e.g. CPA, ACCA) preferred.

• Advanced Excel modelling & analytical skills.

• Experience with FP&A planning tools like Anaplan and Onestream.

• Experience in a technology company or high-tech environment.

• Experience working in or with the MENA region would be considered an asset.
