Your tasks
At KoRo, we’re looking for a finance professional who’s ready to take real ownership and shape our numbers end-to-end. You’ll manage our group financials, build a scalable driver-based reporting model, and turn manual, fragmented workflows into clean, automated processes. In this role, you sit right at the intersection of accounting and business - creating one reliable source of truth for management and stakeholders. If you want responsibility, impact, and the room to build things properly, this is your spot.
- You are responsible for the preparation of the monthly reporting package (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow & KPIs) for the management team and external stakeholders.
- You support the month-end close process from a controlling perspective, working closely with Accounting to ensure correct accruals and cost center allocations.
- You improve and prepare presentations for board meetings, investors, or banks, ensuring the "Financial Story" is consistent and compelling.
- You evolve our reporting landscape: Moving away from manual Excel workarounds towards automated dashboards and BI tools (e.g. Tableau).
- You conduct ad-hoc financial analyses, translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights.
- You support the creation of budgets and rolling forecasts by providing accurate historical data and run-rate analyses.
Your profile
- You bring 2–3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or controlling, ready to take ownership of group financials
- A solid understanding of HGB accounting principles
- Confidence in financial modeling and the ability to use insights to drive decisions
- A hands-on, proactive approach and comfort working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A collaborative mindset to ensure data accuracy and create a single source of truth for management and investors

- A beautiful and modern office in Berlin Schöneberg, easy to reach by public transport – and we cover the costs of your monthly BVG (public transport Berlin) ticket.
- Find your way (back) to the gym thanks to fitness cooperations with Urban Sports Club or FitX.
- Optimal performance thanks to a modern MacBook.
- Well equipped office kitchen with fresh fruit, delicious KoRo snacks, coffee and tea.
- 20 % discount in our KoRo online store.
