Tasks
- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Oversee the finance system and maintain close collaboration with the CPA on all external accounting matters, ensuring timely provision of required documents to the CPA and the State Tax Inspectorate.
- Process distributor bonuses and manage banking operations for local branches with accuracy and compliance.
- Strategically plan, implement, and monitor budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure financial efficiency and alignment with business goals.
- Manage and deliver accurate internal and external financial reports on a weekly, monthly, and yearly schedule.
- Provide financial and operational support to the customer service team and contribute to additional projects assigned by the Country Manager
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support business strategy and decision-making.
- Support finance projects delegated by the regional team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in accounting/finance management, preferably in multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of Bulgarian accounting standards, tax regulations, and IFRS.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and banking operations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills in English; Bulgarian mandatory.
