Intro
Longevity Partners GmbH has built the world's largest longevity conference Life Summit.
In 2025 and 2026 we plan to scale the conference up significanly to 3-4x the current size and start to expand it into a platform that will allow people to learn, exchange ideas, share their knowledge and meet like-minded people. Our offer is aimed at longevity enthusiasts and those new to the field.
As an early stage company we're looking to expand our leadership with people who hit the ground running and take on larger and larger responsibilities to scale the conference to become the undisputed global leader.
Tasks
- Build and lead a lean, multi-functional team of consultants, SDRs, analysts, and creatives—balancing structure with experimentation.
- Driver of the company’s vision and execution across strategy, infrastructure, and lead generation services.
- Shape go-to-market strategies and oversee implementation in early client projects to ensure product-market fit and rapid iteration.
- Co-lead the development of scalable systems and operational playbooks across consulting and subscription service lines.
- Experience with B2C marketing and growth, especially in the event space, is a strong plus.
Requirements
- You’ve already built something—whether it was a consulting gig, an agency, a SaaS prototype, been part of a venture-backed startup or anything else.
- You’ve worked across different industries
- Your background is diverse—you might have touched growth, operations, product development, or client services.
- You thrive in ambiguity, like to get your hands dirty, and know how to build with limited resources and high expectations.
- Bonus if you’ve hired or led teams (or even contractors) before and can turn chaotic processes into repeatable structures.
- You speak English and German (C2 or native.)
