We are seeking an IT Operations & Support Specialist to support an innovative eCommerce client. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and excellent communication abilities, combined with technical expertise in SQL, JSON, and Google Workspace tools. A hands-on mindset, curiosity, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams are key to succeeding in this position.

Position Overview:

- Position: IT Operations & Support Specialist

- Location: Berlin; 2 days a week

- Start: 04.08.2025

- Duration: until 31.12.2025

Tasks

- Provide consulting and support for ongoing operational activities and daily technical issues, ensuring system stability and data accuracy

- Maintain, improve, and expand reusable runbooks to establish efficient and standardized operational procedures

- Analyze system logs and data flows to troubleshoot and resolve complex production problems for internal business users

- Work closely with stakeholders and engineering teams to implement effective technical solutions and support strategies

Required Skills

- Fluent English communication (written and spoken)

- Strong knowledge of SQL and JSON

- Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Sheets, Docs, etc.)

Nice to Have

- Experience with personal or side projects

- Basic Python scripting

- Familiarity with REST APIs

- Interest in AI

- Understanding of eCommerce workflows
