Join our Controlling team at the corporate headquarters of Helios Kliniken GmbH as soon as possible as a

full-time , based in Berlin or at one of our clinic locations

• You will support the establishment and further development of central functional controlling with more than 20 functions within central controlling in the newly created matrix organization
• You will design the budgeting and forecasting process in close cooperation with the functions you are responsible for and coordinate financial planning with the company's long-term strategic goals
• You will monitor and control functional cost management and performance management, ensure that financial targets are met and that the work of the functions achieves measurable business benefits and impact
• You analyze deviations, derive the need for action and coordinate corrective measures with the functions
• Drive high-quality financial reporting for the functions and provide strategic insights to support informed, data-driven decisions at all levels of the organization
• You will contribute to the digital transformation and drive process improvements by identifying standardization and automation potentials and implementing them together with the Data & Insights team

• Successfully completed studies in business administration, health economics or a comparable degree program
• 3-5 years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in the life science / healthcare sector or in a complex corporate environment
• Strong controlling method competence incl. cost management, functional KPI management, IC accounting, annual/monthly financial statement activities
• Advanced knowledge of SAP, MS-Office applications (Powerpoint, Excel Power Query, VBA etc.) and BI tools with a hands-on approach to system-based data analysis and reporting.
• Proven success in transforming raw financial data into clear, actionable reports that support strategic decision making
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate financial data into meaningful insights and clear, strategic recommendations
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization in German and English
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
