Growth Marketing Manager
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of high-impact digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Acting as the internal digital media expert, you’ll be part of the Marketing department and global country teams and will deliver measurable business growth. This is your opportunity to work in a dynamic, global environment with diverse markets, cutting-edge tools, and a collaborative team.
Your responsibilities
- Plan, set up, and manage campaigns on channels such as META, Google, Taboola, Outbrain, etc.
- Monitor your campaigns closely and conduct extensive campaign optimization, including ad copy testing and landing page performance improvements
- Prepare and present results, reports, and analysis to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Content, Product, Tech) to ensure campaigns are set up and continuously optimized for success
- Stay up to date on digital marketing best practices and exchange knowledge with youur peers across countries and channels
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing channels and networks, especially META, Google, Taboola, and Outbrain (experience with at least some is essential)
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as PowerBI, PIWIK, and GA4
- Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
- Excellent time management, ability to articulate complex concepts to different audience, and work independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- E xperience with lead generation or omnichannel marketing is a plus
