Intro
We co-founded and led Viafintech (Barzahlen) to 100+ FTE , one of the most successful German fintechs, active in 17 markets across the EU and USA, and sold it in 2021 for a € three-digit million amount to NYSE-listed Paysafe Group.
Now we’re off to our next venture. This time we’re building a global champion for prepaid products: gift cards (Apple, Amazon, Google), airtime and eCash all in one simple API. Think of finperks as a stripe/adyen for all prepaid products and payments.
We started in summer 2025 and in just a few months we have already onboarded 700+ brands, and our first client goes live by the end of the year.
Many people completely underestimate the market size: about €600bn sold per year today, going to €1.8tn by 2028.
Instead of 5 players in the chain (issuing tech provider → global distributor → local distributor → client), we connect brands directly with clients via the finperks platform. Today 95% of prepaid is still sold in the Global North; we believe that for the gig economy to monetize the Global South, prepaid will be key - from Netflix and Google to Apple and Uber.

Tasks
As our GTM Automation & Growth Systems Engineer, you’ll design, build, and own the systems that power FinPerks’ commercial engine. If you love turning messy data into clean pipelines and repeatable growth this is your playground.
- own and automate workflows for lead generation, enrichment, outreach, and reporting — across apollo, clay, scrapingbee, and internal apis
- create and maintain a clean, structured growth database — the single source of truth for crm, outreach, and campaign data
- integrate and orchestrate apis (e.g. linkedin scraping via scrapingbee, enrichment via apify, and outbound via apollo or custom email workflows)
- set up data-driven dashboards (posthog, baserow, or python visualizations) for funnel tracking: lead → sql → won → revenue
- develop scripts and automations for recurring tasks (lead scoring, deduplication, segmentation, data enrichment)
- implement llm and seo discoverability infrastructure: maintain llms.txt, robots.txt, markdown parsing, and semantic content silos
- collaborate with founders on gtm architecture, channel prioritization, and growth analytics
- continuously improve automation efficiency, reliability, and data accuracy
Requirements
Strong technical foundation! You can write and debug python scripts, connect apis, and build workflows in n8n or similar
- experience with automation and data ops (n8n, make, clay, baserow, airtable, etc.)
- understanding of b2b gtm funnels (lead gen, enrichment, outbound, nurturing, conversion)
- experience with data hygiene, enrichment, and crm structuring (pipedrive or custom stack)
- comfortable with web scraping and data gathering tools (scrapingbee, apify, linkedin scrapers)
- familiarity with markdown parsing, seo/llm discoverability, and structured content logic
- analytical and process-driven mindset — you think in systems, not campaigns
- bonus: experience with mongodb, posthog, or openrouter for analytics and ai workflow automation
- This role is only open to candidates residing in the EU/EEA or Switzerland who already hold the legal right to work in their country of residence. We are not able to sponsor visas or hire outside these regions for this position.
