• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (Degree is a plus—proven skills matter more)
• 10+ years in system engineering with proven leadership in dynamic environments
• Strong hands-on expertise across Windows, Active Directory / Azure, Microsoft 365, Linux, and Mac systems
• Solid, practical understanding of ITSM principles and service-oriented environments
• Proven track record in building and executing end-to-end IT security strategies
• Deep networking expertise including switching, VLANs, firewalls, security policies, network segmentation, and NAC
• Strong hands-on mentality with high ownership and a clear execution focus
• Ability to simplify complexity, prioritize effectively, and lead by example in demanding environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset and experience leading and developing high-impact teams)
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
