Deine Rolle
- Reports directly to the COO in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment
- Owns end-to-end IT infrastructure (design, build, sourcing, operations)
- Drives digital workplace, networking, and collaboration tools hands-on
- Fully accountable for IT security strategy and execution
- Aligns IT services with business growth and operational priorities
- Leads and develops a lean, high-performing team of 4
- Manages KPIs, resources, and performance with full ownership and transparency
- Ensures a scalable, reliable, and high-availability IT environment
- Defines and executes IT architecture, roadmap, and service management (ITIL-based, pragmatic)
- Stays hands-on: solves critical issues, improves systems, and continuously challenges the status quo.
Dein Profil
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (Degree is a plus—proven skills matter more)
- 10+ years in system engineering with proven leadership in dynamic environments
- Strong hands-on expertise across Windows, Active Directory / Azure, Microsoft 365, Linux, and Mac systems
- Solid, practical understanding of ITSM principles and service-oriented environments
- Proven track record in building and executing end-to-end IT security strategies
- Deep networking expertise including switching, VLANs, firewalls, security policies, network segmentation, and NAC
- Strong hands-on mentality with high ownership and a clear execution focus
- Ability to simplify complexity, prioritize effectively, and lead by example in demanding environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset and experience leading and developing high-impact teams)
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
