Location: Staex is based in Berlin, Germany. We will consider candidates within the UK and EU.​

We’re looking for a seasoned Product Leader with strong IoT expertise to drive product strategy and execution. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and can blend technical insight with sharp product vision, join us to shape the future of secure machine connectivity.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the development and launch of product for industry
- Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals
- Manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products and customer experiences
- Analyze market landscape and trends including actual user needs to inform product decisions
- Present product vision and updates to stakeholders and at industry events
- Collaborate with engineering teams on technical implementation
- Build and maintain professional relationships with customers and partners in both Web 2 industries and Web3 communities to understand market feedback and insights

Requirements:

- Proven track record of developing, launching, deploying successful software products
- Strong technical and industrial background
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
- Proven experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions (preferably using Rust)
- Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities in English
- Understanding of blockchain technology and decentralized systems
-5+ years of product management experience in the industry with critical infrastructures
- Fluent in English and preferably possess German or language skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Ability to balance technical knowledge with strong user-centric design thinking
- Experience leading and mentoring product teams

Desired Skills:

- Experience with Web3 development
- Knowledge of smart contracts, tokenization, and other Web3 applications
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Network within the industry and Web3 communities
