Hey, Future Ventura Teammate!

Are you ready to lead Ventura’s entry into the UK and make a real impact on our growth journey?

We're looking for someone to take full ownership of Ventura's UK launch. This is a key leadership role: you’ll work closely with our marketing, product, and operations teams to shape and execute strategies that bring our award‑winning small‑group travel brands to British travelers.

If you're hands‑on, entrepreneurial, and know how group travel works in the UK market, we want to hear from you.

On daily basis you will

  • Lead the launch and growth of Ventura in the UK market.
  • Adapt our brands (e.g. Viventura, Puraventura, Japaventura) to resonate with UK travelers.
  • Work side‑by‑side with marketing to create and run campaigns that deliver bookings.
  • Build and manage relationships with UK travel trade, media, and influencers.
  • Take ownership of big goals — but also roll up your sleeves for small, early‑stage tasks.
  • Bring in your knowledge of UK group travel customers and buying behavior.
  • Learn new tools and systems quickly (CRM, analytics, etc.).

The basics that you bring along

  • Strong understanding of the UK group travel industry.
  • Experience launching, growing, or significantly scaling a travel product or brand.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
  • Clear, direct communication style.
  • Experience working independently and owning outcomes.
  • A proactive, curious mindset — you look for opportunities and act on them.
  • Willingness to get your hands dirty in the early phases.
  • A team‑oriented approach and positive energy.

You can impress us even more with

  • Familiarity with travel marketing campaigns and tools like HubSpot
  • Experience launching or growing a business in the UK market
