Ihre Aufgaben:
- Minister and maintain our current and future HR systems, including ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Configure and customize the HR systems to meet organizational needs and improve functionality
- Drive and participate in HR UniCore Workshops and steer the tasks and needs for different projects
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues and provide technical support to HR staff
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and organizational policies regarding data security
- Work closely with IT to ensure the HR IT tools are integrated with other organizational systems (e.g., payroll, benefits)
- Lead or participate in HR system implementation and upgrade projects, including planning, testing, and deployment
- Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication throughout system-related projects
- Implement data security measures to protect sensitive employee information
- Monitor compliance with data protection regulations, such as GDPR or HIPAA, as applicable
Ihre Qualifikationen:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in HR
- Administrative Skills: Strong organizational and administrative skills to manage HR processes and documentation
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing data input, records, and reports
- Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer Service Orientation: A commitment to providing excellent service to employees and management
- Strong German and English language skills
