What your future business day could look like
- The position focuses on supporting existing business customers in the Swedish logistics market.
- Daily work consists of regular contact with assigned accounts and maintaining ongoing customer relationships.
- Customer conversations mainly cover current transport requirements, contract-related topics and general service questions.
- Within existing accounts, additional needs are identified and appropriate logistics solutions are introduced when relevant.
Work is structured and KPI-based, with clearly defined processes and responsibilities.
The
role is office-based in Berlin
and carried out as part of an international team.
Your profile
- Initial experience in sales, customer service or a role with regular customer contact
- Confidence in phone-based communication
- A structured and reliable way of working
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems
- Ability to work well within a team and follow established processes
- Language skills:
- Swedish at native level (C2)
- English at a professional working level (C1)
- German is not required
