• Assist in performing market analysis and monitoring industry trends
• Provide active support to the Global Retention Team in both strategic and operational activities
• Provide support in renewal pricing topics.
• Contribute to customer retention initiatives aimed at reducing churn and increasing revenue
• Help consolidate information and perform analyses to guide relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Enrolled in university or college studies in the field of business management, economics, or a related field

• Fluency in English is mandatory, further languages such as German are a plus

• Structured and independent way of working as well as the ability to work in a team and collaborate with various team members all around the world

• Good communication and presentation skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

• Basic knowledge of Tableau, SQL, and Power BI is a plus.

• Our Work Students in Germany receive a monthly salary of 1.566,00€ for a 20h/week, 1,253 € for a 16h/week and 1.400,00€ for an Intern position.
