Your mission

• Project Ownership & Strategic Responsibility: You will have the chance to independently drive a highly strategic project forward, while working closely with one of our Operational Excellence & Strategy Managers.
• Pricing & Market Analysis: You will work on an innovative, data-driven pricing model that scales our global marketplace business. This involves analyzing market salaries, benchmarks of comparable service and call center roles, as well as country-specific cost structures such as taxes, contributions, and health insurance. You will receive guidance to derive targeted pricing strategies, margin logic, and growth assumptions that support our expansion.
• Research & Due Diligence: You will build a robust competitive and benchmark database through interviews with talents on our platform, market research, and more, while analyzing selected international markets in detail. You will be supported in critically evaluating and validating external data sources, so you can deliver well-founded insights to management and executives.
• Modeling & Concept Development: You will combine qualitative and quantitative parameters into a clear, robust pricing model, conduct scenario and sensitivity analyses, and define precise target prices for each market, with mentoring support.
• Stakeholder Communication: You will present your results professionally, clearly, and convincingly to internal stakeholders. While building practical presentation and communication skills, you will also see the direct impact of your work on the company.

Your skillset

• Academic Background: You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Natural Sciences, or related fields, or you are currently enrolled at a renowned university.
• Relevant Work Experience: You already have some internship experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, solution engineering, or similar areas. Prior experience in developing pricing strategies or in the systematic sourcing, evaluation, and validation of external data sources is an advantage.
• Analytical & Conceptual Strength: You have the ability to derive meaningful insights from collected data and convincingly present them to your team.
• Independence & Initiative: You can plan, drive, and complete a project largely on your own.
• Numerical Affinity: You are comfortable working with quantitative information and financial metrics and are confident in using Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, scenario analyses).
• Language Skills: You communicate confidently and fluently in both German and English, in writing and verbally (C1 level), and you have a healthy sense of humor.
