• Prepare detailed investment analyses and reports for internal stakeholders and the investment committee
• Conduct research and analyze market trends and investment opportunities within the Proptech landscape, staying updated on market dynamics and regulatory changes
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate potential investment risk and return profiles
• Support the full transaction lifecycle, from initial lead assessment to post-closing monitoring
• Assist in due diligence processes for potential transactions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, and finance, as well as external advisors and partners
• Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments, providing recommendations for asset optimization and allocation

• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related discipline
• Professional experience in investment analysis, venture capital, real estate, or a closely related field, ideally within the Proptech or technology sectors
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to present complex findings clearly and effectively
• Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment strategies
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
