Join our Education team in the central function of Talent, Learning & Development as soon as possible as

with an office in Berlin or alternatively at one of our clinic or educational locations

• You will take on varied organizational and administrative tasks in the field of education
• You will support the evaluation and quality assurance of our central training programs
• You will assist in data preparation in personnel controlling and ensure a reliable basis for analyses
• As part of training controlling , you will analyse relevant KPIs for our approximately 6,000 trainees, identify anomalies and use them to derive targeted measures for the further development of our training landscape
• You will be responsible for the intranet of the Education department and ensure that information, products and services become visible in the company in the long term through targeted communication

• You have completed commercial training in the healthcare sector or have a degree in medical/nursing education, pedagogy, health sciences or a comparable field
• You have a strong organizational talent and work in a structured, responsible and results-oriented manner.
• You have mastered the confident handling of MS Office , especially Excel
• You are interested in project controlling , especially in monitoring progress and results
• You are a team player with strong communication skills who enjoy working with various interfaces
• Ideally, you already have some experience with content management systems – but this is not a must
