To achieve this, we are looking for a JuniorGrowth Data Analyst (m/f/d)who will systematically analyze our marketing, product, and usage data, derive concrete improvements from it, and develop high-impact campaigns together with our content team.
- Development and further development of our web tracking
- Analysis of our marketing and conversion funnel
- Attribution of leads and customers to marketing channels
- Identifying growth potential in the website funnel
- Introduction of event tracking within our software
- Analysis of the use of our features
- Supporting the product team with data-driven insights
- Analysis of landing pages and user behavior
- Development of hypotheses to improve conversion
- Support with experiments and A/B tests
- Analysis and optimization of our SEA campaigns
- Collaboration with our existing agency
- Independent management of our Google Ads campaigns in the future
- Building central dashboards for marketing and product
- Definition and monitoring of important KPIs
- Supporting data-driven decisions within the company
- Experience in the field of marketing analytics, growth analytics, or data analysis
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience with web analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Amplitude, Posthog or similar)
- Experience with data analysis (e.g., SQL, Python, or similar tools)
- Understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEA, conversion funnels)
- Interest in data-driven product and company growth
- An established and profitable HealthTech SaaS company with over 10,000 customers in the healthcare and social services sector.
- Marketing with real impact: large database, measurable funnels and decisions based on real KPIs
- Responsibility from the very beginning – with direct collaboration with management, product, sales and content
