We are filling the following position for an innovative company that runs a digital platform / marketplace. You can either work from the company office in Berlin, from home throughout Germany, or fully remote from Portugal.

SENIOR PRODUCT ANALYST (M/F/D)

• Transfom data into valuable insights that help building new features and shaping strategic decisions
• Define and track KPIs that align with business goals and reflect product performance
• Build and optimize reports and dashboards in Tableau that ensure visibility of key metrics
• Enable self-service analytics for different stakeholders by building and optimizing data sources
• Lead training sessions on data analytics and visualization tools
• Collaborate with the data engineering team to ensure data quality, accessibility and integration

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science)
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a product analytics role, preferably in a B2C or marketplace environment
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and languages (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Metabase)
• Strong understanding of product analytics, including user behavior analysis, A/B testing and statistical analysis
• Understanding of data infrastructure, data governance, and data engineering concepts
• Experienced in supporting self-service analytics initiatives and empowering cross-functional teams with data access
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for various stakeholders
