Channel and Market Integration
You will be part of the Channel and Market Integration (CMI) Squad, which develops platforms that unifies interfaces of the Bank with external systems, such as Central Banks, Clearing Houses, government agencies, regulators. The platform allows payment processes to leave and enter the bank, provides payment orchestrating services on cloud-based microservice architecture. We will ask a lot of you, but we will offer a lot in return. Ideal candidate will be responsible for defining the continuous delivery roadmap for one of the leading programs in corporate bank, leading from the front on all aspect of Software Development Lifecycle, following and applying the agile principles. Candidate will have many years of experience and preferably would have worked in large digital transformation programs as a lead engineer consisting of cloud environments, CI/CD pipelines, containers and would understand managed application/container security across the layers etc.
The Lead Software Development Engineer (f/m/d) has broad and deep expertise in java backend development and is considered an expert in the delivery of heterogeneous and complex software solutions. Leads the target architecture for a large business unit and Is responsible for entire life cycle in modern, agile software development.

Your key responsibilities
- Self-driven technical analysis, design, development, unit testing, deployment and documenting of the development artifacts
- Provide Technical leadership to global spread team(s)
- Participate and contribute to code review, design sessions with other team members
- Work closely with project/program management as well as managers of related applications to build and deliver the software
- Continually help to improve the performance of the team regarding SDLC, QA, CICD and post release activities.
- Act as an expert on the platform in various capacities, strategy meetings, and product development opportunities
Your skills and experiences
- Excellent software development hands-on experience
- Strong knowledge of Core Java / Kotlin, Spring-boot, Oracle, Data processing, Kafka, MQ
- Working experience in REST Standards, Maven, TeamCity, Git, Artifactory
- Shift-left testing with TDD/BDD, Jacoco, Cucumber, Junit, Mockito, Gatling etc.
- Good Knowledge of Microservices Architecture, Kubernetes, Docker, Cloud Native application,
- Experience with high-load systems and performance testing and tuning.
