Your role - with responsibility and creative freedom
As Lead Technical Property Manager (m/f/d) , you will assume overall technical responsibility for selected locations in Berlin (new Alexanderplatz building), Frankfurt am Main and Munich.
You will not only manage the operational implementation, but also strategically develop the properties - with a focus on performance, sustainability and user quality.
This is what you do with us:
- Overall technical responsibility for the above-mentioned office locations with high strategic relevance
- Management and further development of maintenance, modernization and CapEx measures
- Management and control of external service providers and interface management with internal departments
- Responsibility for budget planning, control and reporting at portfolio level
- Ensuring compliance with operator obligations, ESG standards and technical compliance requirements
- Identification and implementation of optimization and value enhancement potentials
- Close cooperation with Asset Management for the strategic development of the locations
What we want from you to get started together:
- Completed studies or training in the technical field (e.g. construction, TGA, real estate management)
- Several years of experience in technical property management or in a comparable function
- Sound know-how in technical trades, construction processes and FM management
- Experience in managing complex measures across multiple locations
- Confident handling of budgets and strong commercial understanding
- High level of personal responsibility, assertiveness and strategic vision
- Strong communication skills and enjoy actively driving issues forward
