At mobile.de, we’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Legal Assistant / Paralegal (d/f/m) to support our dynamic legal team in Berlin. This role offers a great opportunity for legal professionals at various career stages to contribute meaningfully to a fast-paced, innovative environment. You’ll be instrumental in supporting legal operations across multiple business areas.
You will report to the Director Legal, mobile.de . This is a hybrid role (2-3 office days/ week), our office is based in Berlin Charlottenburg.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative assistance to the legal team (e.g. deadline monitoring, document handling, correspondence)
Support project management and execution of legal initiatives
Maintain and organize digital filing systems and contract databases
Legal Systems & Process Support
Act as point of contact for internal queries on legal systems and processes
Assist in implementing legal tech tools, including AI-based solutions
Help define internal processes and guidelines
Contribute to the rollout of legal system training programs
Document Management & Contract Support
Draft legal documents, contracts, and corporate policies
Review and analyze a variety of contractual agreements
Track deadlines, terms, and contractual obligations
Legal Research & Analysis
Conduct legal research, including monitoring legislative changes
Analyze and summarize complex legal materials
Assist in case preparation
Communication & Coordination
Liaise with internal departments and external legal counsel
Coordinate with external law firms
Prepare reports, presentations, and legal briefings
What You Bring:
Completed training as Rechtsanwaltsfachangestellte/r or Degree in Law, Business Law, or a comparable qualification or Paralegal certification with relevant work experience
Previous experience in a law firm, legal department, or administrative environment
Background in corporate/business legal settings is a plus
Familiarity with GDPR is advantageous
Confident using Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail
Experience with legal databases and document management systems
Comfortable working with legal tech tools and platforms
Excellent German language skills (written and spoken), strong proficiency in English
