Deine Rolle
Als Logistics Planner (all genders) übernimmst Du die Planung, Koordination sowie Überwachung sämtlicher Transporte zwischen unseren Produktionsstandorten und den angeschlossenen Logistik-Depots. Dabei fungierst Du als zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Teams aus der Produktion, dem Last Mile Netzwerk und externe Partnern.
Neben der Bewältigung operativer Herausforderungen im Tagesgeschäft hast Du zudem die Möglichkeit, Dich aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung bestehender Middle Mile Prozesse zu beteiligen.
Bitte beachte, dass diese Stelle auf 24 Monate befristet ist (eine anschließende Entfristung wird angestrebt).
Dein Verantwortungsbereich
- Steuerung von komplexen Prozessen: Eigenverantwortliche, strategische Planung und Überwachung sämtlicher Outbound-Transporte - von der Abholung am Produktionsstandort bis zur Einspeisung in die Logistik-Depots
- Systembasierte Planung und Automatisierung: Systemgestützte Transportplanung unter Nutzung bestehender IT-Lösungen sowie kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Automatisierung und bestehenden Prozesse
- Komplexes Stakeholder-Management: Souveräne, zielgerichtete Kommunikation mit Transportpartnern sowie internen Produktionsbereichen und zentrale Schnittstellenfunktion bei operativen Abweichungen
- Störungs- & Risikomanagement: Proaktive Entwicklung belastbarer Workarounds zur ad-hoc Lösungsfindung bei auftretenden Engpässen, kritischen Hindernissen und komplexen Herausforderungen
- Performance-Reporting & Analyse: Erstellung detaillierter, datengestützter Reports und Auftragslisten, Ableitung entsprechedner Performance-Verbesserungen und Nutzung der Daten zur Steuerung unserer Partner
- Prozess-Innovation & Driving Change: Identifikation von Ineffizienzen sowie Konzeption und Implementierung von Prozessverbesserungen bzw.Weiterentwicklung unseres Planungsprozesses
Dein Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung/Studium im Bereich Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Disposition und dem operativen Management von Transporten in einem dynamischen Umfeld (idealerweise mit Fokus in der Frischwaren-Logistik)
- Erfahrung in der regelmäßigen Zusammenarbeit mit großen KEP-Dienstleistern und führenden Speditionspartnern
- Sicherer Umgang mit Transport-Management-Systemen sowie fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in MS Office / Google Workspace (einschließlich VBA, Power Query oder Pivot-Tiefenanalyse) zur systematischen Datenaggregation und datenbasierten Entscheidungsfindung
- Lösungsorientierte, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Entscheidungsstärke und Souveränität, auch in stressigen Situationen
- Ausgeprägtes Interesse an operativen Abläufen, mit dem Anspruch diese kontinuierlich zu hinterfragen und nachhaltig weiterzuentwickeln
- Bereitschaft zur Arbeit an Samstagen und Feiertagen
- Fließende Deutsch- (mind. C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mind. B2-Niveau)
