Management Trainee Operations

To support our teams, we are looking for YOU - a Management Trainee Operations (m/f/d ).

YOUR JOB

As a trainee in our training program, you will receive three months of thorough preparation for your future role as General Manager by rotating through various departments, such as reception, food & beverage, and house management. After just a few months, you will be given your own areas of responsibility. Following your training, you will complete an approximately six-month period at several of our locations across Europe as an auditor, guest relations manager, or deputy General Manager to further develop your acquired a&o knowledge.

The initial training takes place at our academy buildings in Berlin or Venice . Flexibility is also required after that until you take over your "own" house.

YOUR PROFILE

You…

• You have completed a degree/training in tourism, business administration or related fields.

• Ideally, you have already gained initial work experience in the hotel, catering, airline or cruise industry.

• You are characterized by a proactive and independent work style.

• You think in a business-oriented way and are also extremely service-oriented.

• You have very good German and good English skills – we are of course happy about any additional languages you speak.

• You are flexible (not just geographically).

• Ideally, you have a car driving license.
