Responsibilities
The Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance ofadvertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimise their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behaviour change. TikTok is looking for full-time Measurement Partner. This role will partner with leading clients in the DACH region to help measure the effectiveness of their investment in our platform in the Consumer Goods vertical. In addition, this role will partner with key cross-functional teams such as sales, product marketing, measurement product, and business marketing to ensure that clients and agencies have best-in-class support. We seek a highly-driven, empathetic person who is looking to build our Marketing Sciences discipline where execution, curiosity, and data-driven thinking in a fast-growth environment to make others better will be critical for success. Responsibilities: - Partner primarily with clients and agencies to provide good measurement that can lead to better understanding of their performance on the platform - Focus on strategic consulting together with revenue and product teams to help drive and implement learning agendas for clients - Analyse data to develop advanced analytics projects tailor made for clients to prove that TikTok works - Manage client and agency feedback to ensure their voice is reflected with our product and partnerships teams
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: - At least 6-8 years of experience with digital advertising, large marketing-related organizations, or measurement providers. - Relevant bachelor's degree in a quantitative field. - A track record of inferential problem solving through experimental design and analytical methods. - Exceptional time-management and goal-oriented task management skills is a must. - Ability to work effectively, deploy consistent quality, and provide guidance on what decisions should be made is a must-have skill. - Familiarity with experimentation, incrementality, Multi-Touch-Attribution and Marketing/Media-Mix-Modeling analyses. - A track record of driving client decisions with clear communication and team collaboration. Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of local media landscape. - Experience with advertising agencies or complex marketing data-driven organizations preferred. - Knowledge of digital analytics tools like GA and Adobe. - Familiarity with privacy-first innovation for measurement systems a plus. - Fluent in English, fluency in German a plus (as this role might be working with German speaking stakeholders).
