Job description

  • You will independently create and manage employment contracts, change agreements, certificates and other important documents relating to the life cycle of our employees:
  • You maintain personnel data and processes in a modern HR system
  • You are jointly responsible for the administration and organisation of personnel data and ensure high data quality
  • You track deadlines independently and always keep an eye on ongoing processes
  • You support managers and HR business partners in all administrative activities
  • You actively participate in process optimisations, to continuously improve our processes and increase quality and performance

Requirements

  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as an HR specialist (m/f/d), office administrator (m/f/d) or comparable)
  • Ideally, you have already gained 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR administration
  • You are confident in using modern office software, a modern HR system and MS Office
  • Your German language skills are at least at C1 level, English at B2
  • As a team player:You are responsible, well-organised, resilient and stress-resistant
  • Process optimisation is important to you and you want to actively contribute your know-how
