Job description
- You will independently create and manage employment contracts, change agreements, certificates and other important documents relating to the life cycle of our employees:
- You maintain personnel data and processes in a modern HR system
- You are jointly responsible for the administration and organisation of personnel data and ensure high data quality
- You track deadlines independently and always keep an eye on ongoing processes
- You support managers and HR business partners in all administrative activities
- You actively participate in process optimisations, to continuously improve our processes and increase quality and performance
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (e.g. as an HR specialist (m/f/d), office administrator (m/f/d) or comparable)
- Ideally, you have already gained 2 to 3 years of relevant professional experience in HR administration
- You are confident in using modern office software, a modern HR system and MS Office
- Your German language skills are at least at C1 level, English at B2
- As a team player:You are responsible, well-organised, resilient and stress-resistant
- Process optimisation is important to you and you want to actively contribute your know-how
