Your responsibilities

  • Coordinating administrative processes in the F&B and culinary areas
  • Scheduling all service staff for the F&B outlets, including the cost-effective use of external companies
  • Duty roster and vacation planning & management
  • Designing food and wine menus
  • Cost control
  • Preparatory activities for month-end closing
  • Creating POs, managing checkbooks for all F&B and culinary departments
  • Booking invoices via Peoplesoft
  • Proper accounting and control of delivery notes
  • Handling, programming, and maintenance of the cash register system
  • Proper execution of booking procedures and accounting formalities
  • Application of internal systems
  • Confident knowledge of daily specials, à la carte menu, and beverage offerings
  • Guest communication and proactive sales of current events and promotions
  • Communication with other departments (especially the events department)

Your profile

  • Experience in the food and beverage sector
  • Organized and structured way of working
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
  • Friendly, authentic, and outgoing
  • Independent and accurate way of working with a high level of quality awareness
  • Structured way of working, even in stressful situations
  • Excellent MS Office skills
  • Fluent German and English
  • Very good manners and a well-groomed appearance
