We are looking for a driven, detail-oriented, German-speaking intern to help us build our auditing and claiming operations.

What You’ll Do

You’ll support the development of our auditing and claiming processes directly with our Founders and Head of Operations, working closely with engineering to build tools that drive value for our customers. This role includes, but is not limited to:

• Drive strategy to automate workflows that enhance speed and accuracy of claim resolution end to end.
• Conduct research to distill business rules into structured logic for automation and scalable application
• Work cross-functionally to explore, experiment, and collaborate with our product owner and engineers to co-develop robust engines
