Your tasks:
- Responsible for the timely processing of payroll accounting from entry to exit
- Supporting employees in all payroll-related issues
- Contact person for insurance providers and authorities
- Entering and maintaining personnel master data in the payroll system and in the electronic personnel file
- Maintaining and checking payroll-relevant data according to tax and social security criteria
- Preparation of personnel statistics and analyses as well as preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Support for external social security and payroll tax audits
You bring with you:
- Successfully completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d) and/or commercial training with further training as a payroll accountant as well as relevant professional experience in payroll accounting
- Sound knowledge of labour, social security and tax law
- Confident handling of payroll programmes (ideally "edlohn") and the MS Office package
- A high degree of initiative, flexibility and motivation
- An independent and committed way of working
- Enjoy working in a team as well as very good communication skills and a confident demeanour
- A structured and service-orientated way of working
