Team mission
The Payroll team’s mission is to create, maintain and consolidate high-quality, compliant payroll processes for all GetYourGuide entities worldwide. We also report financial information in a timely and accurate manner in accordance with corporate policies and local regulations, while supporting international employees with salary, tax and social security topics
Your mission:
- Manage payroll of circa 100 employees for the monthly period.
- Ensure on and off cycle payrolls, tax, social security and payroll payments are processed in a timely manner.
- Serve as a first point of contact for employees and managers for payroll related queries and requests.
- Maintain the payroll documentation in our knowledge and Intranet systems.
- Prepare pension, benefits and expenses reports for accounting and providers.
What sets you apart:
- +2 years of experience in international payroll processing and control as well as solid knowledge in labor and payroll tax laws and regulations. Experience in German payroll is a plus.
- Great organizational, analytical and processing skills, with attention to detail, problem solving and ability to adapt to new processes and changes.
- Skilled Excel / Google Sheets user. Experience using WorkDay and/or Payslip would be an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English (German or any other European language is a plus) with a service-oriented mindset, willingness to learn and ability to collaborate and work in a team.
- Used to working with sensitive information and keeping a high level of confidentiality.
