• You will be responsible for the professional care of patients in a modernly equipped intensive care unit, including the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing measures.
• You will work interprofessionally in a strong team of nursing, medicine and therapy - at eye level and in collegial exchange.
• They participate in resuscitation and acute interventions and act according to structured emergency algorithms.
• You will strengthen your profile through regular internal and external training as well as certified courses such as ACLS or ventilation training.
• They design care with depth and meaning – close to people, with empathy, precision and clinical understanding.
• You start with a supervised induction, clear learning goals and a personal mentor who prepares you for everyday life on the ward.

• You have completed training as a registered nurse - e.g. as a nurse, geriatric nurse, geriatric nurse or intensive care nurse.
• Initial practical experience in the hospital is an advantage, but not a must – we will accompany you during your induction.
• Ideally, you have further training in intensive care and anaesthesia nursing or are willing to complete it.
• The ability to work in a team, a sense of responsibility and empathy characterize your dealings with patients and relatives.
• You keep track of things even in challenging situations and act confidently.
• Interest in professional and personal development – we actively support you.
• They meet the legally required proof of immunization against measles.
