• You will be responsible for the professional care of patients in a modern, well-equipped intensive care unit, including the planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing measures.
• You will work interprofessionally in a strong team of nursing, medicine and therapy - at eye level and in a collegial exchange.
• You will be involved in resuscitation and acute interventions and act according to structured emergency algorithms.
• You strengthen your profile through regular internal and external training and certified courses such as ACLS or ventilation training.
• You create care with depth and meaning - close to people, with empathy, precision and clinical understanding.
• You will start with a supervised induction, clear learning objectives and a personal mentor who will prepare you for everyday life on the ward.

• You have completed training as a registered nurse - e.g. as a healthcare and nursing assistant, geriatric nurse, geriatric nurse or intensive care nurse.
• Initial practical experience in a hospital is an advantage, but not a must - we will support you during your induction.
• Ideally, you will have completed specialist training in intensive care and anesthesia care or be willing to do so.
• The ability to work in a team, a sense of responsibility and empathy characterize your interaction with patients and relatives.
• You maintain an overview even in challenging situations and act confidently.
