I am looking for a motivated manufacturing professional who enjoys optimising processes, driving improvements, and working closely with production teams to achieve measurable operational results.

• Review and assess production processes to uncover inefficiencies and improvement potential.

• Design, trial, and roll out technical and organisational improvements within manufacturing operations.

• Evaluate and support the introduction of new equipment, technologies, and materials.

• Prepare and update production-related documentation such as process descriptions, work instructions, capacity calculations, and performance analyses.

• Apply continuous improvement and lean principles to support productivity, cost reduction, and operational stability.

• Work closely with production teams, engineering, and management to align technical improvements with business objectives.

• Technical degree or completed vocational training as a technician in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related discipline.

• Several years of experience (approximately 5+ years) in an industrial production or manufacturing engineering role.

• Practical experience with lean methodologies, process optimisation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Familiarity with time studies, process evaluations, and manufacturing analysis tools.

• Independent working style combined with strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Very good German and good English language skills (minimum B2 level)
