Global Marketing Bradycardia develops long-term strategies, provides tactical planning and prepares market launches for BIOTRONIK's innovative products. As Product Manager, you will play a key role in identifying, describing and developing new products and solutions for low power cardiac therapies. You will interact with healthcare professionals, and Biotronik colleagues ranging from field clinical specialists to research & development to quality and operations disciplines, overseeing the full life cycle of new products and services.

Your Responsibilities

• Creating Identification, conceptualization, implementation, and evaluation of customer / user needs and feedback
• Responsibility and management (active initiation, execution, and coordination) of medium to large product development projects
• Lead and collaboration in the further development of existing processes, content, and solutions and their implementation
• Independent generation of market and/or product information
• Preparation of competitive advantage analyses
• Conducting product training for T&E managers
• Preparation of product requirements and functional specifications
• Analysis and identification of business opportunities and derivation of recommendations for action for the planning of new product solutions
• Determination of product positioning
• Definition of the value proposition
• Other comparable tasks as directed by the supervisor

Your Profile

• You are a team player, value a collaborative way of working, can work independently and are goal oriented.
• You have a strong hands-on mentality and can infect others with your enthusiasm. You are outgoing and not afraid to approach people.
• You have a university degree in medical engineering or similar degree and several years of professional experience in product marketing.
• Experience in the healthcare sector and particularly in cardiology is an advantage.
• You are fluent in English and have a good command of written and spoken German.
• You work well in an international environment and are happy to travel to get in touch with our customers and regional interfaces.
