Your Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for process improvement across business units
• Design and implement AI-based solutions to boost efficiency and performance
• Lead cross-functional teams (IT, business units, data science) through project lifecycles
• Develop business cases and conduct cost-benefit analyses
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Assess and manage risks related to AI applications, including ethical, legal, and data privacy concerns
• Create mitigation strategies and ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Drive change management and train employees on responsible AI usage
• Monitor and continuously enhance implemented solutions

Your Profile

• Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven success in implementing AI-driven process improvements with measurable impact
• Strong knowledge of AI technologies, machine learning, and data analytics
• Experience with tools such as Power BI, Python, R, or AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, AWS ML)
• Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Several years of experience in project management, ideally focused on process optimization
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Familiarity with Lean Management, Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus
• Fluent in English (German language skills a plus)
