BeEntertained is a Berlin-based production company organizing large-scale cultural events across Germany — from classical ballet to multi-genre shows. We produce 150 to 250 events per year and are looking for a skilled Project Manager to take over ticketing coordination and project organization.

🔍 Your Responsibilities:

• Launch and manage ticket sales across platforms (e.g. Reservix, Eventim).

• Monitor and update contingents, manage transfers, and compile ticket sales statistics.

• Work with Excel to create reports and analyze data.

• Handle written communication with partners and team members in both German and English.

• React quickly to changes: last-minute tasks, rescheduling, or urgent updates.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in project management or coordination.

• Strong written communication skills in Russian, German and English (business-level required).

• Confident user of Excel; detail-oriented and well-organized.

• Flexibility and adaptability — we work in a creative and fast-paced environment.

• Ability to provide relevant certificates or documentation (education, language skills, experience).

➕ Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in events, live entertainment, theatre, or production industries.

• Understanding of ticketing systems and how sales platforms operate.

📍 What We Offer:

• Office located in Charlottenburg, Berlin.

• On-site presence required 2 to 4 days per week.

• Hybrid setup possible — especially for experienced freelancers with strong self-discipline.

• Salary range: €1500–3000 net, depending on experience and responsibilities.
