The FEEL-GOOD study is an innovative research project conducted by the research group on preventive psychiatry, innovative forms of care and psychotherapy of the Department of Psychiatry and Neurosciences at Charité Mitte Campus. Overview of the position
- You will be responsible for overall project management. This includes budget planning, milestone monitoring, and third-party funding accounting, as well as contract management and communication with the DFG, ethics committees, and study registries.
- In addition, you will oversee central monitoring and regulatory compliance: planning, organization, and follow-up of monitoring activities, ensuring adherence to GCP and data protection regulations.
- You will also serve as the central contact person for communication with study sites, study teams, the Charité CTO, and other stakeholders.
- Furthermore, you will organize and conduct consortium meetings, trainings, and workshops, which might also involve business travel.
- Your responsibilities will also include the documentation, preparation, management, and archiving of study-related documents in REDCap.
- You will be employed as a research associate: According to §110 (4), sentence 3 of the BerlHG, research staff are granted adequate time within their working hours for their own academic further qualification.
What we are looking for
- You hold a degree in health management, psychology, public health, medicine, or a related field, and you are motivated by an interest in innovative healthcare approaches and the advancement of scientific knowledge.
- You have already gained valuable professional experience in coordinating and conducting scientific projects or clinical studies (ideally third-party funded projects such as DFG, BMBF, or EU) and have experience in publishing scientific articles in international journals.
- You are proficient in using MS Office and SAP; ideally, you are also familiar with REDCap or comparable systems.
- Your working style is characterized by analytical thinking, structured and independent work, strong communication skills, and negotiation abilities, also within interdisciplinary teams.
- You have an excellent command of both German and English.

Information regarding the position
- Paygrade XXX according to TVöD VKA-K. Your job grade depends on your job qualification whereas the experience level depends on the number of working years. The yearly gross salary is hereby provided based on a full time position excluding yearly bonus and additional pay. You may find further information here
