We’re looking for a hands-on, technical evangelist to accelerate adoption of Qdrant Edge and help shape the future of edge-native AI.

Tasks

The Role
As the Qdrant Edge Evangelist, you will be the technical and public-facing champion of Qdrant Edge. You will build compelling demos, create integrations with modern AI stacks, represent Qdrant at global events, and develop partnerships that expand the ecosystem.

This is a highly cross-functional role spanning engineering, developer relations, product, partnerships, and growth.

What You’ll Do

🚀 Build & Showcase

• Design and build high-quality demos that showcase Qdrant Edge in real-world scenarios (AI agents, RAG on-device, browser-based vector search, IoT, mobile, etc.).
• Create reference architectures and example integrations with popular frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI-compatible APIs, browser runtimes, WASM, etc.).
• Publish technical tutorials, blog posts, and videos demonstrating practical use cases.
• Develop reusable demo kits for conferences and partner enablement.

🤝 Drive Ecosystem & Partnerships

• Identify and develop strategic partnerships (frameworks, device vendors, browser runtimes, AI toolkits).
• Collaborate with partners on joint demos, blog posts, webinars, and announcements.
• Support integration efforts with key ecosystem players.
• Act as a technical liaison between Qdrant and external developer communities.

🎤 Represent Qdrant Globally

• Speak at conferences, meetups, and AI/edge events.
• Host workshops, webinars, and technical deep dives.
• Engage with developer communities online (GitHub, Discord, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Serve as the public technical voice of Qdrant Edge.

📈 Drive Growth

• Identify high-impact use cases that unlock new market segments.
• Gather feedback from developers and partners to inform product direction.
• Support go-to-market initiatives with technical positioning and messaging.
• Track adoption patterns and help shape ecosystem strategy.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

Technical Skills

• Strong experience with modern AI stacks (RAG, LLM tooling, embeddings).
• Experience building production-grade demos or developer tools.
• Solid understanding of vector search and retrieval systems.
• Experience with edge runtimes (WASM, browser environments, serverless, mobile, IoT) is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (Python, TypeScript, Rust, Go).

Evangelism & Communication

• Proven experience speaking at technical conferences or events.
• Ability to translate complex systems into compelling, practical narratives.
• Strong technical writing skills.
• Comfortable creating content (blogs, videos, workshops).

Growth & Partnerships

• Experience building or supporting developer ecosystems.
• Strong networking skills within AI or developer communities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action.
