YOUR JOB

At the reception:

• You are the face of a&o: our front desk is your domain.

• As Guest Relations Officer, you are responsible for the check-in and check-out of our guests behind the reception desk or in the lobby.

• To ensure our guests feel comfortable at a&o, you take care of their needs and provide tourist information.

• You take care of our guests and their needs.

In the F&B area:

• Setting up and managing the breakfast buffet are among your responsibilities.

• You plan and implement the quality and HACCP standards in the kitchen and bar.

• You control food storage and inventory.

• You order, buy, and put the goods away upon delivery.

• As shift supervisor, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the shift.

• You will help with the creation of work and vacation schedules.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have experience or completed training in the hotel or tourism industry.

• Naturally, you are driven by a strong sense of responsibility for the tasks assigned to you.

• You enjoy interacting with guests – and you show it, no matter what time of day or night it is.

• You are characterized by an independent work style and teamwork skills.

• A high level of commitment and independence are a matter of course for you.

• Even in shifts that start as early as 6 a.m., you find it easy to remain friendly, highly motivated, and service-oriented.

• You have very good German and good English skills – we are of course happy about any additional languages you speak.
