We are looking for you as a Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Expert (m/f/d) full-time, based in Berlin, Helios Kliniken GmbH headquarters, as soon as possible.

• You will support central recruiting in the recruitment of trainees, junior and management staff
• You create and optimize job advertisements and ensure an attractive presentation of open positions
• You develop personnel marketing and employer branding measures to strengthen our employer brand
• You provide strategic advice on central job marketing, framework agreement partners and new recruiting platforms and support their implementation
• You support the maintenance and further development of the applicant management system
• You evaluate key figures and derive optimization opportunities for recruiting

• You have experience in recruiting and personnel marketing - ideally in the healthcare sector
• You are confident working with applicant management systems and digital tools
• You are communicative, service-oriented and support colleagues and clinics competently in all recruiting matters
• You think strategically, organize yourself well and act on your own initiative
