Your tasks:
- You will independently support our clients and get to know them personally. You will determine their detailed staffing needs and work with them to develop arguments that distinguish our clients as attractive employers.
- You will work closely with our creative team to create various marketing materials. This allows us to present our clients in the best possible light when addressing candidates.
- You will research markets, companies, and candidates. You will also continuously deepen your industry knowledge.
- You will work closely with your clients to develop a clever, project-specific recruiting and employer branding strategy.
- You will identify suitable candidates within our online and offline networks and approach them directly using various tools.
- You will screen candidates by phone and in person and introduce them to our clients.
- You will oversee the entire process from the initial meeting to placement.
Your profile:
- You enjoy using all your skills to successfully overcome challenges, such as filling a demanding position.
- You are passionate about finding solutions to the skills shortage and are willing to actively counteract it through your daily actions. Your keen interest in general developments in the labor market and the recruiting world keeps you up to date with the latest developments in your industry.
- You are interested in a mix of sustainable sales, systematic networking, and agile project management.
- You enjoy research and a detective-like approach.
- You love communicating with different people and types of people.
- You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar position or in another industry.
- You have a driver’s license and are willing to attend client meetings 1-2 times a week.
- You are fluent in German, both in person, by phone, and via email.
