In the central information security function of the Helios Kliniken Group, you will be part of the ISMS team and support the Helios CISO in the further development and control of the information security management system at Helios (ISMS). As an Information Security Officer (m/f/d), you will make a significant contribution to the pragmatic and sustainable implementation of the high requirements for information security and compliance in the healthcare sector. Depending on your qualifications, you will have the opportunity to focus on one of our team's key topics after the general induction phase:

-ISMS Governance: Policies, processes and procedures

-Assurance & Audit Defense: implementation of various audit measures and

-Cyber Culture & Training

-Risk Management

• Support the establishment and further development of the ISMS at Helios in compliance with and consideration of applicable laws and regulations
• Advising our specialist departments on the implementation of information security requirements and providing support in cross-departmental and Group-wide projects
• Supporting the planning, preparation and implementation of internal and external audits and assessments
• Coordinating and participating in the implementation of risk analyses
• Contributing to the cross-team development of training and sensitization measures as well as awareness campaigns
• Contributing to the preparation and presentation of reports on the status of information security

• Education: Degree in (business) informatics, information security or a comparable qualification
• Experience: Several years of professional experience in the field of information security, ideally in at least one of the key areas of ISMS governance, assurance & audit defense, cyber culture & training or risk management
• Specialist knowledge: In-depth knowledge of relevant norms and standards (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001 and 27005, BSI IT-Grundschutz) as well as knowledge of setting up and operating an ISMS
• Analytical skills: Strong ability to evaluate complex issues and develop pragmatic, target-oriented solution proposals
• Working style: Initiative, sense of responsibility and a high degree of structure and solution orientation
• Communication: Ability to prepare and convey complex technical and organizational contexts in an understandable way
• Language: business fluent communication and presentation skills in German; at least good written and spoken English
