Job Description

We’re looking for a Regional Key Account Manager Healthcare to help us grow and shape our Healthcare vertical across Europe. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of building trust with leading healthcare and pharma clients, developing tailored end-to-end logistics solutions, and driving strategic growth.

We’re building our Healthcare vertical from the ground up. That means you’ll have real influence and freedom to shape how we serve patients and clients . Unlike traditional logistics firms, we bring unique assets, a strong investment commitment, and a fresh, innovative mindset. This is not just account management—it’s creating something new in a critical, high-impact industry.

Your responsibilities:

• Nurture and expand relationships with key healthcare clients across Europe.

• Spot opportunities for growth, cross-selling, and new business development in pharma and healthcare supply chains.

• Act as the voice of the customer—translating their needs into innovative, patient-focused logistics solutions.

• Create and own strategic account plans, driving retention and expansion.

• Lead at least two strategic initiatives that shape the future of our Healthcare solutions in Europe.

• Partner with internal teams across sales, operations, and product development to deliver best-in-class solutions.
