As a Working Student in Retail Marketing, you’ll support our Retail Marketing team in bringing our brands to life across major German retailers such as dm, Rossmann, Müller, and Douglas. You’ll work closely with the team to prepare campaigns, analyze performance, and make sure our products stand out on the shelves.

Aufgaben

What will you do?

• Support market and competitor analysis – gather insights on trends, promotions, and category performance in retail.
• Assist in sales and listing data maintenance (Excel-based) and preparation of reports for internal and external partners.
• Help coordinate promotion and campaign activities for product launches and seasonal activations.
• Prepare and adapt presentation and listing materials for retail partners.
• Collaborate with our Key Account and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution of in-store and online activities.
• Contribute creative ideas for brand activation at the point of sale (POS) and support in developing visual materials.

Qualifikation

You’ll be great if you -

• Are currently enrolled in a Marketing, Business, or Communication program at a university in Germany.
• Are passionate about retail, beauty, and consumer trends, with previous experience in Marketing in a similar industry.
• Have knowlegde of traditional and digital marketing tools, with experience with research methods using data analysis software
• Proficient in German and have excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
