Your profile

You hold a bachelor’s/master’s degree in business administration, management science, statistics or any other number-crunching field and demonstrate 2-3 years of applied experience in relevant business areas. E.g. previous roles as Data Analyst with proven track record in generating commercial growth thanks to data analysis and the subsequent recommendation of profitable actions.

Your personal toolbox contains excellent command of Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI, SAP & SQL. These tools trigger a spark in your eyes.

Your portfolio of knowledge, your business and technology skills along with your retail acumen are your entry ticket to this role. You possess acute powers of observation and insight; you are at ease with number-juggling; and naturally connect with others with empathy and authenticity.

You understand understated luxury; you are genuinely interested in the business we run and how we do it.

Your role

In line with the brand strategy, you will contribute to execute performance analysis and establish a data driven environment. The aim is to yield maximum profitability, revenue, long-term growth and health of A. Lange & Söhne’s Retail business.

• Offer comprehensive 360° understanding of retail performance to support strategic decision-making/action plans
• Propose structured analyses of performance results, e.g. products, productivity, distribution channels, customers, etc. to fuel discussions with market leaders
• Monitor targets per market & ensure accurate data are reflected in all systems/on platforms
• Offer first-level support to BTQ managers and foster long-term data quality improvement
• Contribute to the conception of the reporting landscape of tomorrow: align with Data Analytics and Business Planning teams on shared needs; streamline & improve data quality and availability
• Initiate automatization of data availability & display
• Secondary market monitoring
• Event performance reporting
