We are looking for a talented Senior Business Analyst joining our dealer inventory & performance cluster at mobile.de . You'll play a vital role in understanding the performance of our services for our professional dealers and supporting business stakeholders in achieving our strategic goals, working alongside diverse, collaborative teams.

Here at mobile.de, you will become a direct member of the Dealer Analytics Team. We are an eight-person team consisting of experienced product and business analysts. Team cohesion is at the heart of our collaboration. We work in a hybrid setup and meet once a week in our office in Berlin.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Acting as a proactive business partner within the team, delivering insights that

• challenge assumptions and guide business development and business

• initiatives.

• Defining, monitoring, and owning key metrics frameworks; building intuitive dashboards for self-service tracking of progress and impact.

• Creating business performance forecasts, incorporating strategic input, and managing processes around target setting and performance reporting.

• Analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending improvements to boost productivity and value.

• Advocating for and promoting data-driven decision-making within cross-functional teams.

• Staying abreast of competition, technology, and market trends to inform strategic decisions.

You bring a strong analytical mindset and a passion for turning data into actionable business insights, including:

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role, ideally within e-commerce or cross- functional teams.

• Proficiency in data analysis/forecasting tools and languages (e.g. SQL, Python) and experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g. Looker, DBT).

• Excellent prioritization, project management, and organizational abilities as well as comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

• A consultant mentality, acting as a business partner to both teams and management.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to convey complex findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A passion for building clear, impactful data presentations and driving business impact.
