You'll be a respected member of our remote global Client Success team and will be well supported with the tools, knowledge and answers you need to provide exceptional levels of service.
In time, you’ll master the Force: knowing how to work across departments, align with different teams and draw on collective expertise to support our clients. You’ll have the backing you need at every turn to develop that understanding with confidence.
Responsibilities
Help prospects find the specific value they seek (“this is the product you are looking for”)
With our help, learn to be a product and SaaS expert to confidently demonstrate and answer product questions with clients and prospects
Provide technically accurate responses after carefully testing necessary scenarios
Collaborate with our diverse international team to push us on the leading edge of our fields
Onboard and support DACH+ clients
Respond quickly (we’re big on speed)
Identify and report common user issues for product improvement
Able to really listen to people, get to the heart of the issue and see it through to resolution
Convey appreciation and respect to our clients at all times
Strive to build trusting relationships based on honesty and transparency
Essentials
You are a native German speaker with business-level English fluency
You’re located in Germany or somewhere in Europe (UTC +1 or +2)
Minimum 3 years SaaS experience in a technical support role
You have fantastic interpersonal skills and are an excellent communicator, verbal and written
A sharp commercial instinct is a major advantage. Guide conversations with purpose and spot opportunities to add real value!
You love to talk to people. Four-five meetings a day only makes you more energetic!
You love solving problems and helping others solve theirs
You write in well constructed sentences and pay attention to detail
Words like HTML, CSS, JS, API, Integrations, Dev console, staging & production environments, GitHub repo, database queries etc are not alien to you. You don't need to know how to work them but you must know about them (well enough)
You’re super organised and process oriented. You are comfortable using multiple software for various aspects of the role. We have a process (and tool) for everything!
You can work independently, are self-motivated, but enjoy being part of a team
