The ASERVO team currently consists of over 30 colleagues from 10 different nations who are passionate about supporting and advising our customers in their DevOps transformation. We are a remote company, with the majority of our team based in Berlin and Munich.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify potential clients and companies within our target audience.
2. Conduct market analysis to identify new sales opportunities.
3. Proactively prospect for new clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
4. Develop sales strategies to achieve and overachieve revenue targets.
5. Conduct sales meetings and presentations to persuade potential clients of our products/services.
6. Cultivate long-term customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Provide regular reports to the sales management on the progress and outcomes of your sales activities.

Thanks to its extensive experience, the ASERVO Software management team also provides customers with support time and again when it comes to successfully positioning a project with senior management in the organization. We advise on the approach as well as the content, including the necessary documents from the presentation for the division manager or board member to the return-on-investment (ROI) calculation that withstands queries from controlling and management.
